I love independent makers and designers but I’m a strong believer that great style should be available to all so I’m always on the lookout for the best the high street has to offer too. Doesn’t it feel like forever since you last stepped foot in a homewares shop? I literally can not wait to “pop to HomeSense” for a sieve and come out with 3 cushions; a footstool and some new bedlinen; or to wander around Anthropologie making a mental note of everything to go on my birthday list, or the pure joy of discovering a little independent store. I’ve been getting my fix throughout the winter months with lookbooks and press releases from some of our favourite high street retailers and the promise of what they’ll have in store when they open up again next month. When they do I’ll be making my way to Dunelm. Their SS21 look book is full of great pieces that will really ramp up the style, without breaking the bank, if you want to give your home a refresh for spring.

Dunelm have several trends for SS21 but it’s their Edited Life trend that really caught my eye. Simple Scandinavian style pieces, from Wall Murals, to statement chairs; furniture and accessories.
